What does Alumnita manufacture?
Aluminium, steel and stainless steel parts and products to customer drawings: laser-cut sheet and tube parts, welded frames and enclosures, powder-coated and assembled products.
Where is production located?
All core operations take place in our own plant at Raudondvario pl. 127, Kaunas, Lithuania.
What is the minimum order?
One piece. Prototypes and series use the same processes.
Which files should I send?
STEP for 3D parts, DXF/DWG for flat parts, and a PDF drawing with tolerances, material and finish.
Do you deliver outside Lithuania?
Yes – to the Baltics, Scandinavia, Germany and other EU countries.
What sizes of parts can be powder coated?
Up to 7000 mm long, 1400 mm wide and 2600 mm high, up to 430 kg.
Can you make the whole product – from cutting to coating?
Yes. Laser cutting, bending, welding, powder coating and assembly are done in our plant in Kaunas, and the lead time is quoted for the finished product.
