Batch and volume production of metal parts
Recurring batches with stable quality: automated laser cutting, robotic welding, automatic chemical pre-treatment and a powder coating line in one plant. Planned batches, stored programs and a clear lead time for every order.
- Robotrepeatable welds
- Automatic washingconsistent coating adhesion
- Programsstored for repeat orders

A series is about repeatability, not just volume
In series production the hundredth part must match the first. We rely on programmable processes – laser cutting programs, robot welding programs with fixtures and automated surface preparation – so human variation is removed where it creates risk, and experience is applied where it adds value: preparation and inspection.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
When is production considered a series?
Repetition matters more than volume. If a part is ordered regularly, fixtures and programs pay off – even batches of a few dozen become economical.
Can you produce to our forecast?
Yes, batches are planned to your forecast or call-off schedule.
Can you take over production from another supplier?
Yes. We review the drawings, make a first article for approval and only then start the series.
Series production of metal products
Series production is the manufacture of repeat batches to an approved product, routing card and defined quality criteria. At Alumnita, every batch uses the same laser and robot programs, fixtures and in-process inspections, keeping quality stable from the first batch to the last.
Batches are planned to the customer’s forecast, stock level or call-off schedule – from a few dozen to thousands of pieces. Robotic welding, automated pre-treatment and the powder coating line provide a constant cycle time and a lower unit cost. When taking over production from another supplier, we review the drawings and produce a first article for approval before starting the series.
This service is one step in the wider sheet metal fabrication chain: cutting, forming, welding, coating and assembly all run in the same plant in Lithuania.
