Assembly, kitting and packaging of metal products
Assembly is the final production stage in which manufactured and coated metal parts are joined with fasteners, purchased or customer-supplied components into a finished assembly or product. Alumnita assembles, kits and packs products to the customer’s specification and labelling requirements.
Assembly in the plant where the parts are made eliminates transport of coated components between suppliers, reduces the risk of damage and shortens the overall lead time. It is usually ordered together with contract manufacturing – cutting, welding and powder coating – so one supplier is responsible for the whole chain.
