Quality

Controlled quality from first article to series

Every new product starts with a first article for approval. Series use stored laser and robot programs, fixtures and routing cards, with inspections between operations and dimensional checks to drawing. Material certificates are provided on request.

FAQ

Contract metal manufacturing: frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no fixed minimum. We make prototypes and small batches as well as repeat series; the most economical batch size depends on the product and is discussed at enquiry stage.

Can you produce under our brand?

Yes. We manufacture to your drawings and specifications, with your labels and packaging.

Can we supply our own material or components?

Yes. We can source sheet, tube and profiles for you or work with customer-supplied material and components.

Can you help develop a new product?

Yes. Our engineers prepare CAD models and production drawings from a sketch or sample and suggest DFM improvements before production.

Where are you located and where do you deliver?

Our plant is in Lithuania. We deliver to the Baltics, Scandinavia, Germany and other EU countries.

Why choose a European manufacturer instead of Asia?

Shorter transport, no customs within the EU, easier communication and smaller, more frequent batches – which reduces stock, risk and total cost of ownership.

Manufacturing to your drawing – we deliver the finished product

Single-source manufacturing. The complete process chain – laser cutting, forming, robotic welding, powder coating and assembly – runs in our own plant in Lithuania. One supplier, one delivery date, one point of accountability.
